Return Policy

All returns must be received within 7 days of delivery. In order to receive a refund the items must:

  • Be in new condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Be free of perfume, smoke, pet hair and all other detectible odors
  • Cannot have been washed, worn or altered

The customer is responsible for return shipping. We suggest using a carrier with tracking because we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise. 

Return shipping will not be refunded.

Once the item(s) are received please allow 24-48 hours for inspection and approval of your return. Once the return is approved please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

NOTE:  If your return is not approved and you would like the item returned to you, you are responsible for shipping. If arrangements are not made after 14 days, the items will go to a non-profit charity. 

-FINAL SALE items (such as clearance or sale price) are not eligible for a refund or store credit
